The first pillar of our business is buying properties and holding them as part of our rental portfolio. We look for stabilized rental properties from current investors as well as properties where there is cash-flow potential through adding value.
The second pillar of our business is buying properties, adding value through renovation, zoning variances, or other means, and then selling the property to the end retail user.

We also sell properties to investors who prefer to add value themselves and then re-sell for a profit.
The third pillar of our business is new construction. We work with zoning officials, engineers, and builders to develop property sites, those which are vacant land and those which have existing homes on them. We then sell those homes to the end retail user or keep them as part of our rental portfolio.
